The Charter Boat Trip on December 13 aboad the Naknek (pronounced Knack-Neck) is hereby officialy proclaimed as the "Jingle Bell Dive". What is the Jingle Bell Dive you say? Well this dive happens to take place the same day as the Jingle Bell run, so I stole the idea. Please adorn your scuba gear with jingle bells or other Christmas related items.
We also thought it would be cool to have people bring food to donate to the Bellingham Food Bank. If you are able, please bring a non-perishable item and I will bring it by the Food Bank when we get back from the charter.

This sounds like a lot of fun. How much does a dive like this usually cost? Gotta figure it into my Christmas shopping budget.
Just think of all the new Christmas songs for this dive:
Oysters roasting on an open fire,
Dungies nipping at your nose....
By the way, great wolf eel pictures. Didn't know they were so talented:

When the boat fills up those that did not get on should dive at Keystone with bells on for sure. Then we could meet up with the charter folks afterward at a watering hole. Say the Edison or Brown Lantern. We could even have a contest to see what group can raise the most food.
The cost of charters range from $75-90, depending on where we are going. This charter is full but will take a waiting list. The shore dive of course does not cost anything.
I love, love that dancing eel. OMG! You should have pasted your face, silly.
Dancing eel? O_O
Ok, I guess I'm just a perv.
OOOOHHHHH.... I just read Tiburon's post and put 2 and 2 together.
I'm not sure what was worse, my imagination, or reality...
